My plan

And I'll be doing that until I reach all of my goals:

GW1: 100
GW2: 95
GW3: 90

Plus cardio in the morning 5 days a week. And weights exercise 6 days a week (besides Saturdays when I sleep over my boyfriend's). On Saturday anything I can fit in, but I'm allowing myself to make it a relaxing day of the week.

Today went so well. Last thing I had was around 2.20ish:):):). I just finished exercising.

I gotta get my beauty sleep now 'cause tomorrow is our anniversary!!!!!!!!! I love the dress I'm gonna wear:)

Yes, I had a little bit of a hard time. I think I'm still having, but I need you guys. I didn't loose even a pound since I left. What a shame! Now I gotta pull myself together and start fighting!

Day 1 - 200

I'm starting 2468. Haven't eaten yet, I'm gonna wait until I'm really really hungry. I'm having a sugarfree redbull in a bit as well. I walked into town instead of taking a car. It's nice outside. Pretty hot, but I like it better than when it's cold. It's funny, but when I'm thinking about the forth day, that 800 seems like a feast :P. Feeling goooooooooood so far;)

Hello Everyone!

Here I am. Waiting to be accepted to the community. I am so excited about that. Having no one to talk about 'those' issues may be hard. Besides I barely have any friends here. I've been in the US for around a year and a half now. I've got a wonderful boyfriend, but don't really have any girls to hang out with. I hope I'll find someone here to talk and I'll get the support needed. I am ready to help anyone who needs help.
